A born entrepreneur, Mr. de la Vega has been involved in a broad spectrum of business across multiple industries such as legal consulting, casino gaming, software development, foreign investment and renewable energy technologies. He has vast experience in dealing with all levels of challenges in corporate and governmental settings and specializes in successful completed transactions.

Mr. de la Vega graduated from Tecnologico de Monterrey as a practicing attorney and completed ancillary studies in Madrid and Boston. He has served as an official government certified translator and founding partner of Jurislegal, a boutique law firm in Mexico with emphasis in international business and corporate start-up’s. Jurislegal has continuous operations with clients from around the world. His areas of legal expertise are international law, corporate law, administrative law, cross border transactions and dispute resolutions. Mr. de la Vega has also specialized in international contracts and tax domicile corporate formation. He is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
